Group Performance Training At Core Dynamics – Try It FREE


GPT or Group Performance Training is a progressive and periodized  group circuit training program that trains the bodies many energy systems to illicit the strongest response.   We have 1 coach for up to 5 clients in our GPT program at Core. This will ensure that you get all the attention of a private session with all the benefits of training in a group.  The comradery that exists in this type of training environment is incredibly motivational.  The energy in our GPT groups are full of positive and driven enthusiasm.  If you have never experienced training in a group dynamic, now is the time.

The GPT Training Philosophy

Our bodies utilize multiple energy systems when we are training, which ones depends on the intensity and duration of each exercise (or group of exercises) as well as the recovery from  them.  Whether the exercises are performed for 15 seconds or 1 minute, in GPT  you will get the most out of each and every second!

The anaerobic energy systems will be the primary target in GPT.  This means you will work very hard anywhere from 15 seconds up to 1 minute with an approximately equal recovery period.  The exercise choices are based on the biggest, most metabolically stimulating, “bang for your buck” exercises in our training repertoire.  You won’t be doing many “isolation” exercises in this class.  When you train full-body or multi-joint movements with lots of intensity, purpose and a limited recovery period you will trigger a much stronger training effect than just doing  x sets for x reps.

Whether your goal is to drop body-fat, increase lean body mass (muscle), improve sports performance or if your are  just looking for a great all around conditioning program, GPT will cover the many facets of fitness.
